ok, that didn't work. If you get a "Need to login" message, just click the "sonny Did" menu link on the right menu
well, that was moderately funny. I thought from the picture here that it was Sonny shoveling manure as he does daily from his office.I guess these guys didn't want to really piss of all the Republicans because they could have hit a bunch of other true and ridiculous Sonny-isms. Still, when you get down to it, Sonny is better known for his "Sonny didn't" than his "dids". For that, maybe we should be grateful. For the record, Sonny doesn't drink so the beer in the picture was not really appropriate.
Not as an apologist for Governor Perdue, this is precisely the sophmoric crap that is the best current Dems can toss around. I am fairly certain that GA's Dems are going to be dumb enough to bring Taylor out of the primary leaving behind the candidate that can win. With Howard Dean leading the national party and the GA party spinning in circles, it's a shame that you can't even garner support among moderate R's that are looking for an alternative better than what we have now. Too bad we are losing the only Independent under the gold dome...
Umm...I'd just like to say...relax, folks. This was just a little bit of parity, which I found quite amusing. I don't think anybody's under any illusion that this is some sort of counter-campaign that's gonna take down Sonny's campaign for reelection. When SNL makes a skit making fun of Bush, does that constitute the "best the current Dems can toss around" too? Because that's what this was: parity. Nothing more. Anonymous: it didn't hit on all of the Sonny "didn't's" because that was not its purpose. Monticello: it didn't negate Sonny's ad with brilliant political rhetoric, because that likewise was not its purpose. It was just supposed to be funny, which it was. Ok, I'm done.
Before someone comments on my error, replace each "parity" above with "parody". Sorry, folks, been watching too much NHL playoffs lately.
