Smoking Ban

The owner of the Nowhere Bar weighs in (just a little late) on the smoking ban. You know, I never favored the ACC smoking ban; the state version is draconian enough, thank you. (Though my cohort may disagree.)

Still, the ACC version ain't going anywhere soon. Nonetheless, Hertwig's got an interesting take.
